The Advisory Committee Chairman and its members are appointed by the
CCDoTT Project Manager with approval by Sponsors. The Advisory
Committee provides advice and guidance as to feasibility,
practicality and economics of CCDoTT goals. It is a high-level
advisory board which represents industry, military and maritime
interests.
